黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃气虚证功能性消化不良的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in Treating Functional Dyspepsia with Syndrome of Spleen and Qi Deficiency

目的分析脾胃气虚证功能性消化不良运用黄芪建中汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的86例脾胃气虚证功能性消化不良患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予黄芪建中汤加减治疗。观察两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组功能性消化不良症状分级评分比较差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后评分显著低于同时期的对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃气虚证功能性消化不良临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者功能性消化不良症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome. Methods Eighty-six patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach qi deficiency admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine,and the observation group were given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in scores of functional dyspepsia before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). The scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05). The scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group in the same period(P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome,which could effectively relieve functional dyspeptic symptoms in patients.
