中药不良反应的常见原因分析及应对措施探讨

Analysis of Common Causes of Adverse Drug Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Discussion on Countermeasures

目的讨论中药不良反应的常见原因分析及应对措施。方法选取2015年至2017年本院收治的70例服用中药后出现不良反应的患者,追踪不良反应发生过程,分析出现中药不良反应的原因,提出相应的措施。结果有28例患者由于未辨证论治导致不良反应,有17例患者由于用量以及用法错误导致不良反应,有11例患者由于中西药联合使用导致不良反应,有10例患者由于中药的炮制的方法不当导致不良反应,有4例患者由于其他原因造成不良反应。结论在中医治疗的过程中需要进行辩证论治,使用合理的配伍,监督用药的过程,保证安全用药。

Objective To discuss the common causes of adverse drug reactions(ADR)and the countermeasures. Methods A total of 70 patients with adverse reactions after Chinese medicine administration in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected,and the adverse reactions were traced. The causes of adverse reactions were analyzed,and the corresponding measures were put forward. Results There were 28 patients had adverse reactions due to undialectical treatment,17 cases due to incorrect dosage and usage,11 patients due to combined use of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,10 patients due to the unappropriate processing method of traditional Chinese medicine,4 cases were due to other causes. Conclusion In the process of Chinese medicine treatment,it is necessary to carry out treatment based on syndrone differentiath,use reasonable compatibility,supervise the process of drug use,and ensure safe medication.
