美洛西林联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎链球菌肺炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Mezlocillin Combined with Azithromycin in Treatment of Streptococcus pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

目的观察美洛西林联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎链球菌肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2017年7月本院收治的92例肺炎链球菌肺炎小儿患者作为观察对象,按照抽签法分为两组,各46例。对照组予以美洛西林治疗,研究组在此基础上联合阿奇霉素治疗。对两组临床症状变化情况和治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组退热时间、咳嗽、咳痰消失、肺部啰音消失、胸片恢复正常时间均显著长于研究组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美洛西林联合阿奇霉素有利于显著改善肺炎链球菌肺炎小儿患者的病情,提高治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mezlocillin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A total of 92 children with Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were divided into two groups(46 cases each)according to drawing lots. The control group was treated with mezlocillin and the study group was treated with azithromycin. The changes of clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of fever reduction,cough and expectoration,disappearance of lung rales and recovery of chest X-ray were all longer in the control group than in the study group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mezlocillin combined with azithromycin could significantly improve the condition of children with Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia and improve the therapeutic effect.
