摘要
目的探究尿液干化学法联合尿沉渣镜检法应用于白细胞检验的临床价值。方法选取在本院进行尿检的201例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(采用尿液干化学法联合尿沉渣镜检法)和对照组(采用尿液干化学法)。结果观察组患者白细胞阳性检出率为61.17%,对照组为55.10%,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.7589,P=0.3837)。观察组患者误诊率为1.94%,显著低于对照组的12.24%(χ~2=8.2268,P=0.0041)。观察组漏诊率为1.94%,显著低于对照组的27.55%(χ~2=11.5848,P=0.0007)。观察组漏误诊总发生率为3.88%,显著低于对照组的27.55%(χ~2=21.5652,P=0.0419)。结论尿液干化学法联合尿沉渣镜检法应用于白细胞检验能够有效降低临床漏诊率以及误诊率,提升检验准确率。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the urine dry chemical method combined with the urine dry chemical method for detection of white blood cells. Methods Totally 201 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with urine dry chemical method and the observation group was treated with urine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment microscopy. Results The positive rate of leucocyte was 61.17% in the observation group and 55.10% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.7589,P=0.3837). The misdiagnosis rate in the observation group was 1.94%,significantly lower than that in the control group(χ~2=8.2268,P=0.0041). The rate of missed diagnosis in observation group was 1.94%,significantly lower than that in control group(χ~2=11.5848,P=0.0007). The total rate of misdiagnosis in the observation group was 3.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ~2=21.5652,P=0.0419). Conclusion The application of urine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment microscopy in white blood cell test could effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and improve the accuracy of the test.
