个性化健康教育在耳鼻喉患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Personalized Healthy Education in Nursing of ENT Patients

目的观察个性化健康教育在耳鼻喉患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的70例耳鼻喉患者,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组和常规组,各35例。常规组采用日常常规性健康教育,实验组在常规组的基础上实施个性化健康教育。比较两组患者的饮食知识、药物认知、发病控制以及康复情况。结果实施个性化健康教育后,实验组患者饮食知识、药物认知、发病控制以及康复情况均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育能促进耳鼻喉患者的康复,减少复发率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized healthy education in the nursing of ENT patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with ear,nose and throat diseases were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group according to the order of admission. The routine group adopted the routine health education,and the experimental group received individualized health education on the basis of the routine group. The diet knowledge,drug cognition,disease control and rehabilitation of the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of the personalized healthy education,the diet knowledge,drug cognition,control and recovery of the experimental group were better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized health education can promote the rehabilitation of patients with ear,nose and throat diseases,reduce recurrence rate.
