肢体语言沟通在儿科护理工作中的应用效果

Application Effect of Body Language Communication in Pediatric Nursing

目的观察肢体语言沟通在儿科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月的本院收治的400例患儿,随机分为对照组(一般护理措施)和观察组(在对照组基础上进行肢体语言沟通),各200例。比较两组患者的临床护理干预效果。结果观察组患儿治疗配合程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在各项护理中评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肢体语言沟通在儿科护理工作中效果显著,可提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of body language communication in pediatric nursing. Methods A total of 400 pediatric pediatric patients from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(200 cases,general nursing measures)and observation group(200 cases,body language communication on the basis of control group). The clinical nursing intervention effect were compared between groups. Results The therapeutic cooperation between the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The score of each group in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Body language communication has a significant effect in pediatric nursing and improves the quality of nursing.
