综合康复护理干预对结直肠癌患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Recovery of Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的研究综合康复护理干预对结直肠癌患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选取50例结直肠癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采取结直肠癌一般护理,观察组采取综合康复护理干预,观察两组术后康复指标和术后疼痛比分。结果观察组的停止静脉输液时间、肛门排气时间、早期活动时间、术后1周体重降低值、排便时间、住院时间和进食时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理干预可以有效促进结直肠癌患者术后的康复。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of colorectal cancer patients. Methods Fifty cases of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted normal nursing,and the observation group adopted comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The postoperative recovery index and postoperative pain score were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The time of stopping intravenous infusion,anal exhaust time,early activity time,weight loss after 1 week,defecation time,hospitalization time and eating time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of colorectal cancer patients.
