快通道外科理念在手术室护理的运用

Application Effect of Fast-Channel Surgery Care in Operation Room

目的观察快通道外科理念在手术室护理中的运用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月本院收治的60例外科手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者实施常规护理模式,而观察组患者实施快通道外科理念模式。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快通道外科理念应用于手术室护理,能够有效的提升护理效果,提升患者满意度,降低并发症。

Objective To study the effect of fast channel surgery in the operation room nursing. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017,60 surgical patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received the routine nursing mode,while the patients in the observation group implemented the fast-channel surgical concept mode. The complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of fast channel surgical concept in operating room nursing can effectively improve nursing effect,improve patient satisfaction and reduce complications.
