优质护理干预在口腔修复科院内感染控制中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Infection Control of Oral Repair Department

目的探讨优质护理干预在口腔修复科院内感染控制中的应用。方法选取2015年10月至2016年9月本院口腔修复科收治的1035例患者作为观察组,另选取2016年10月至2017年9月收治的1140例患者作为对照组,观察组给予优质护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者干预2个月后院内感染发生率及满意度。结果观察组34例出现感染,占3.29%,对照组有88例出现感染,占7.72%。观察组院内感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为92.00%,对照组患者护理满意度为94.91%,观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复科应用优质护理干预,能显著降低院内感染发生率,提高护理满意度,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the application of high quality nursing intervention in infection control of oral repair department. Methods A total of 1035 patients during October 2015 to September 2016 were selected as observation group and 1140 patients during October 2016 to September 2017 were selected as control group of oral repair department. The observation group was given high quality nursing intervention and the control group was given routine nursing. The incidence of nosocomial infection and satisfaction were compared after 2 months of intervention. Results There were 34 cases were infected in the observation group,accounting for 3.29%,and 88 cases were infected in the control group,accounting for 7.72%. The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 92.00%,and the control group was 94.91%. The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infection,improve nursing satisfaction and be worth clinical application and promotion.
