洁净手术室不同材料手术衣巾铺单前后空气尘埃粒子数比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察和比较分析棉织布与长纤聚酯纤维材料手术衣巾在洁净手术室铺单过程中产生的空气尘埃粒子数,了解两种面料的手术衣巾对手术环境的影响。方法严格按照正常的洁净手术室外科手术程序进行铺单操作,应用尘埃粒子计数器分别在万级洁净手术室测定棉织布组与长纤聚酯纤维组铺单前和铺单后1 min空气中0.5 μm和5.0 μm的尘埃粒子数。结果万级洁净手术室棉织布组铺单后空气中0.5 μm和5.0 μm的尘埃粒子显著大于长纤聚酯纤维组(P<0.05)。结论棉织布手术衣在铺单过程中易产生落絮,增加了空气中尘埃粒子数;长纤聚酯纤维材料手术衣巾具有光滑柔软、滤过性高的特点,铺单过程中产生尘埃粒子数极少,减少了对空气环境的污染。 Objective To observe and compare analysis of cotton fabric with filament polyester fiber type towel in clean operating room in a process of air dust particles,to understand the two fabrics gown wipes the influence on the operation environment. Methods Strictly following the normal operation procedure of the clean surgical room to perform a single operation,a dust particle counter was used to measure 0.5 μm in the air and 5.0 μm dust particle count of the cotton fabric group and the long fiber polyester fiber group at the 10,000-degree clean operating room before the sheet was laid and 1 minute after the sheet was laid. Results The dust particles of 0.5 μm and 5.0 μm were significantly larger than those in the filament polyester fiber group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is easy to produce the flocculation during the process of cotton weaving,which increases the number of dust particles in the air. Filament polyester fiber material has characteristics of smooth and soft,high filtration,the number of dust particles in the process is very few,reducing the pollution to the air environment.
