改良式子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中出血的效果

Effect of Modified Uterine Parceled Suture on Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的观察改良式子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中出血的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年12月本院收治的90例剖宫产术中出血患者,根据治疗方法分为两组。对照组给予子宫动脉上行支结扎手术治疗,观察组则给予改良式子宫背带式缝合术治疗。比较两组剖宫产术中出血控制率;手术开展的平均时间、手术过程总出血量、术后住院天数;治疗前后患者抑郁心理评分、生活质量评分;产褥期并发症发生率。结果观察组剖宫产术中出血控制率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术开展的平均时间、手术过程总出血量、术后住院天数显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组抑郁心理评分、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组抑郁心理评分、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产褥期并发症发生率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良式子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中出血的应用效果确切,可快速止血,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少总出血量,对于加速产后康复有重要作用,可降低产褥病发生率,保持产后良好心理和较高地生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of modified uterine parceled suture for hemorrhage in caesarean section. Methods Ninety cases with hemorrhage during caesarean section from June 2016 to December 2017 were divided according to the treatment Methods. The control group was given ascending uterine artery ligation,and the observation group was given modified uterine parceled suture. The hemorrhage control rate,operation average time,total blood loss during operation,postoperative hospital stay of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,as well as mental depression score,life quality score and puerperal complication rate of patients were compared. Results Hemorrhage control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);operation average time,total blood loss during operation,postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,mental depression score and life quality score of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after treatment,mental depression score and life quality score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the difference of puerperal complication rate between the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of modified uterine parceled suture in the treatment of hemorrhage during caesarean section has a definite effect,it can stop bleeding rapidly,shorten operation time and hospital stay,lessen the total blood loss. It plays important role in the acceleration of post-natal rehabilitation,and can reduce the puerperal complication rate,maintain postpartum good psychological quality and higher life quality.
