损伤控制及护理配合在医院急诊外科腹部损伤中的应用

Application of Injury Control and Nursing Coordination in Abdominal Injury in Emergency Surgery Department of Hospital

目的探讨损伤控制及护理配合在医院急诊外科腹部损伤中的应用。方法选取2015年7月至2017年10月本院收治的58例外科腹部损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组给予损伤控制手术治疗和对应的护理措施,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组体温恢复时间和乳酸清除时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊外科腹部损伤中应用损伤控制手术治疗和对应的护理配合可以减少并发症的发生概率,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To explore the application of injury control and nursing coordination in the abdominal injury of the hospital emergency surgery. Methods Totally 58 patients with abdominal injury were selected from July 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital as the research object,they were randomly divided into the observation group(29 cases)and control group(29 cases). The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was given nursing measures and the corresponding damage control surgery. Treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of body temperature and lactate clearance time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of injury control surgery and corresponding nursing cooperation in abdominal injury admitted to the emergency surgery department can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the clinical symptoms.
