交锁髓内钉治疗成年人股骨及胫骨骨折的临床观察

Treatment of Femoral and Tibial Fractures in Adults with Interlocking intramedullary Nail

目的观察交锁髓内钉治疗成年人股骨及胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法应用交锁髓内钉治疗成年人股骨及胫骨骨折112例,观察随访疗效。结果 112例骨折患者均达到满意的复位和牢固的固定。随访1~48个月,平均10个月,所有病例均达到满意复位,无主钉及锁钉变形、断裂现象,有3例锁钉部分退出。骨痂开始生长时间4~10周,平均8周。110例关节功能恢复接近或达到正常,二例股骨C形骨折伴膑韧带损伤膝关节屈曲功能受限。结论交锁髓内钉治疗成年人股骨、胫骨骨折,固定牢靠,骨折愈合快,功能煅炼时间早,关节功能恢复好。

Objective To observe the clinical application of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral and tibial fractures in adults. Methods A total of 112 cases of adult femoral and tibial fractures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and were follow-up for evaluation of treatment effect. ResultsSatisfactory reduction and firm fixation were achieved in all 112 patients with fracture. Follow-up time was 1~48 months,with average of 10 months. All cases achieved satisfactory reset,there was no main nail and nail deformation or fracture,3 cases of nail partial withdrawal. The initial growth time of callus was 4~10 weeks(mean 8 weeks). The recovery of joint function was close to normal in 110 cases,and the flexion function of knee joint was limited in 2 cases of C-shaped fracture of femur with patellar ligament injury. ConclusionInterlocking intramedullary nail is an effective method for the treatment of femoral and tibial fractures in adults. It has the advantages of fast healing,early functional exercise,and good joint function recovery.
