运动疗法配合针灸对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍的治疗效果

Effect of Compulsive Exercise Therapy Combined with Acupuncture on Upper Limb Motor Dysfunction in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的观察运动疗法配合针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍的效果。方法选取2015年10月至2017年12月本院收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分观察组和对照组,各50例。分别实施运动疗法配合针灸治疗以及传统康复训练。结果观察组脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量评分、治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法配合针灸对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍的治疗效果显著,能够有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compulsive exercise therapy combined with acupuncture on upper extremity motor dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods From October 2015 to December 2017,100 patients with hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group(50 cases each),and exercise therapy combined with acupuncture therapy and traditional rehabilitation training were respectively carried out. Results The score of upper extremity motor dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia of stroke was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05). The quality of life of patients with hemiplegia in stroke patients was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compulsory exercise therapy combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of upper extremity motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
