中西医结合疗法治疗卵巢功能早衰的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

目的观察中西医结果治疗卵巢功能早衰的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的83例卵巢功能早衰患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予传统西医治疗,观察组则给予中西医结合疗法,比较两组患者临床症状积分、血清激素水平、临床疗效、子宫和卵巢体积。结果观察组临床症状积分和血清FSH水平显著低于对照组,血清LH和E2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法能有效改善患者临床症状,促进血清激素水平恢复正常。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of early ovarian failure treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods A total of 83 patients with premature ovarian failure were divided into the control group and the observation group,all patients were was given routine Western medicine,the observation group was treated with chinese herbal decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom scores,serum hormone levels,clinical efficacy,uterine and ovarian volume were compared between the two groups. ResultsClinical symptom scores and serum FSH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while serum LH and E2 levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionIntegrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote serum hormone levels to return to normal.
