维地洛联合依拉普利治疗高血压心脏病的疗效

Efficacy of Carvedilol Combined with Enalapril in Treatment of Hypertension and Heart Disease

目的观察卡维地洛联合依拉普利治疗高血压心脏病的效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年11月本院收治的90例高血压心脏病患者,根据治疗方法分为两组。对照组给予依拉普利,观察组给予卡维地洛联合依拉普利。比较两组高血压心脏病治疗效果、血压达标时间、治疗前后患者左室舒张功能及血压及药物不良反应率。结果观察组高血压心脏病治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血压达标时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组左室舒张功能及血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组左室舒张功能及血压显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者药物不良反应率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合依拉普利治疗高血压心脏病的效果确切,可有效改善左室舒张功能及血压,缩短血压达标时间,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of carvedilol combined with enalapril in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease. Methods From February 2016 to November 2017,90 patients with hypertensive heart disease were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with enalapril,and the observation group was treated with carvedilol combined with enalapril. The therapeutic effect,time to reach the standard of blood pressure,left ventricular diastolic function,blood pressure and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); time of reaching target of blood pressure in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment, the left ventricular diastolic function and blood pressure of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular diastolic function and blood pressure in the observation group(P<0.05) were better than those in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Carvedilol combined with enalapril in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease is effective,which can effectively improve left ventricular diastolic function and blood pressure,shorten the time of reaching the standard of blood pressure without obvious adverse reaction.
