慢性心力衰竭的康复治疗

Rehabilitation Therapy for Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察康复治疗对于慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的84例慢性心力衰竭患者,平均分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组患者给予常规的药物治疗,观察组患者在常规药物治疗基础上施行康复治疗方案,观察比较两组患者的治疗前后的各项心肺功能指标。结果观察组患者治疗后的运动时间、无氧阈、最大摄氧量和最大运动负荷等指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗能够有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的各项心肺功能指标,改善患者的预后,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation treatment on chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic heart failure were selected and divided into two groups:The observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were given conventional drug therapy,and the patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation treatment program on the basis of conventional drug therapy,and the indexes of heart and lung function before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The movement time,anaerobic threshold,maximal oxygen uptake and maximal exercise load of the patients in observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function index of patients with chronic heart failure,improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
