多层螺旋CT影像在不典型肺结核中的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT Imaging in Atypical Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对于不典型肺结核的诊断价值。方法选取2012年6月至2015年6月本院收治的31例典型肺结核患者,行多层螺旋CT技术扫描,观察其诊断效果。结果与病理诊断比较,CT对不典型肺结核检出率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但可明确检测出表现多样化的病灶具体类型。结论多层螺旋CT诊断准确率明显低于病理诊断,但可检出病灶确切类型,因此建议联合其他手段进行应用。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in atypical pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From June 2012 to June 2015,31 cases of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed in our hospital. Multi-slice spiral CT scanning was performed to observe the diagnostic effect. Results Compared with pathological diagnosis,the CT detection rate of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the specific types of lesions with various manifestations could be clearly detected. ConclusionThe diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT is significantly lower than that of pathological diagnosis,but the exact type of lesion can be detected. Therefore,it is suggested to combine other means for application.
