PDCA循环法用于医院药库药品供应管理的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of PDCA Cycle in Management of Drug Supply in Pharmacy Store

目的对PDCA循环法在医院药库药品供应管理中的应用效果进行研究。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院采购的17 489件药品的供应管理进行研究,随机分为观察组(采用PDCA循环法)和对照组(采用常规药品供应管理),对管理效果进行观察比较。结果观察组药品不合格报损率为0.02%,显著低于对照组的0.82%,观察组药品供应管理中有效使用率、去向明确率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法进行医院药库药品供应管理,能够有效降低药品不合格报损率,提高药品的有效使用率和去向明确率。

Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the management of drug supply in pharmacy store. Methods The supply management of 17489 medicines purchased from the pharmacy store of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 was studied and divided into two groups according to the management mode. Among them, the observation group adopted the PDCA cycle method and the control group adopted the conventional drug supply management, and the management effect was observed and compared. Results The loss rate of unqualified drugs in the observation group was 0.02% and the control group was 0.82%. In addition, the effective use rate and the clear rate of the drug supply management in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The management of drug supply in hospital pharmacy store by PDCA circulation method can effectively reduce the loss rate of drug disqualification, improve the effective use rate and clear rate of the drug.
