Analysis of Physical Examination Results of Elderly People Aged 65 and Over in Exhibition Road Community

目的分析展览路社区65岁以上老人健康体检结果。方法选取636例65岁以上老人进行健康体检,总结健康体检结果。结果血脂异常、新发高血压、肥胖与超重、糖尿病的例数女性多过男性,脂肪肝男性多过女性;不同年龄段老年人群间血脂异常、新发现血压升高、脂肪肝的检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且阳性检出率主要集中在年龄65~69岁,70~79岁。结论我国老年人属于慢性病的高危人群,应结合不同年龄段人群健康情况,制定相应的预防与控制措施,对慢性病的筛查与监测更有利,可改善社区居民生活质量。

Objective To analyze the physical examination results of elderly people over 65 years old in Exhibition Road Community. Methods Totally 636 elderly people over the age of 65 years were examined for physical examination and the results of were summarized. Results The number of women with dyslipidemia,newonsethypertension,obesity,overweight and diabetes mellitus was more than that of men,and the number of men with fatty liver was more than that of women. There were significant differences in the detection rate of dyslipidemia,rising blood pressure and fatty liver among different age groups,and the positive rate was mainly in 65 ~ 69 years old and 70 ~ 79 years old. Conclusion The elderly in China are at high risk of chronic diseases. The prevention and control measures should be formulated in combination with the health status of people at different ages. Screening and monitoring of chronic diseases are more beneficial and can improve the quality of life of community residents.
