奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道的疗效

Efficacy of Octreotide Combined with Omeprazole in Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Tract

目的观察奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法选取本院收治的62例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。实验组行奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组行奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组患者止血效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率、止血时间、住院时间、大便隐血转阴时间、不良反应、治疗后血红蛋白水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血疗效优于奥美拉唑单药。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Sixty-two cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from March 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups,31 patients in the experimental group were treated with octreotide and omeprazole,and 31 patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole.The hemostatic effects of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate,the time of hemostasis,the time of hospitalization,the time of hospitalization,the adverse reaction and the hemoglobin level after treatment were obviously better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin level between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with omeprazole is more effective than omeprazole alone in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
