锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Internal Fixation of Tibial Plateau Fracture with Locked Compression Plate and Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction

目的对胫骨平台骨折采用锁定加压钢板内固定与壮筋续骨汤联合治疗的效果进行观察。方法选取本院收治的112例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组行锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,观察组行锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗。比较两组患者的住院时间,及随访6个月后两组患者的膝关节功能和骨折愈合恢复情况。结果观察组患者膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及最早负重时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用锁定加压钢板内固定与壮筋续骨汤联合治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效明显优于单独的手术治疗,能促进膝关节功能的恢复,减轻患者的痛苦,尽早恢复正常生活,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plate internal fixation combined with Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction on tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 112 patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected and randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction.The hospitalization time of the 2 groups was compared.After 6 months of follow-up,the knee function and recovery of fracture healing of the 2 groups were compared.Results The good rate of knee joint function in the comparison group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time of hospitalization,fracture healing time and the earliest load time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fracture with locking compression plate internal fixation and Zhuangjin Xuguu Decoction is superior to that of the separate surgical treatment.which can promote the recovery of the knee joint function,reduce the pain of the patients and restore the normal life as soon as possible.
