保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Breast Augmentation Surgery and Modified Radical Treatment for Early Breast Cancer

目的观察保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的98例早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各49例。实验组实施保乳手术治疗,对照组实施改良根治术治疗,比较两组患者的围术期相关指标、并发症、美观度以及复发转移情况。结果实验组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组;实验组并发症发生率、术后美容优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者两年内的复发率、转移率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与改良根治术比较,应用保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌具有创伤小、并发症少、美观度高等优势。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods Ninety-eight cases of early breast cancer patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,each of which were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with breast conserving surgery.The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy,and the perioperative related indexes,complications,beauty and recurrence of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the operation time and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group;the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group;the excellent rate of postoperative beauty in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in recurrence rate and metastasis rate between the two groups in two years(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with modified radical mastectomy,breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer has advantages of less trauma,fewer complications and higher aesthetic appearance.
