腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效对比

Comparison of Laparoscopic Hysteromyomectomy and Traditional Open Hysterectomy in Treatment of Uterine Leiomyoma

目的观察传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的66例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较两组的临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的各项临床指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗子宫肌瘤,可有效改善患者各项临床指标,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of traditional open uterine myomectomy and laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods Sixty-six patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with hysteromyomectomy and the patients in the observation group were treated with hysteromyomectomy under endoscope.The clinical indexes and complications of the two groups were observed.Results All the clinical indexes in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hysteromyoma patients with hysteromyomectomy under endoscope can effectively improve the clinical indexes and reduce the incidence of complications.
