分离胶采血管对乙肝表面抗原定量检测结果的影响

Study on Quantitative Detection of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen and Its Effect on Isolated Blood Vessels

目的观察分离胶采血管对乙肝表面抗原检测结果的影响。方法对分离胶采血管送检的临界阳性样本,采用雅培i2000 SR仪器检测并复查。结果分离胶采血管可能存在离心或纤维蛋白凝固不彻底而存在肉眼不可见的细小颗粒影响反应,最终导致假阳性结果的存在。结论对于分离胶采血管送检的临界阳性的样本,进行高速离心后复查发单可避免结果假阳性的情况发生。

Objective To observe and analyze the influence of separated rubber vessels on the detection of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag).Methods The critical positive samples were examined with Abi 2000 SR instrument and re-examined.Results There may be centrifugal or fibrin coagulation incomplete and small particles not visible to the naked eye affecting the reaction,leading to the existence of false positive results.Conclusion For critically positive specimens from separate gel blood vessels,reviewing the bills after high-speed centrifugation can avoid false-positive results.
