温针灸治疗腰腿疼痛的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Lumbar and Leg Pain

目的研究温针灸治疗腰腿疼痛的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的168例腰腿疼痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各84例。实验组给予温针灸治疗,对照组给予药物治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、疼痛评分、功能障碍评分、不良反应发生率。结果实验组临床治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。疼痛评分、功能障碍评分及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗腰腿疼痛临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To study the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar and leg pain.Methods Totally 166 patients with lumbar and leg pain randomly divided into experimental groupand control group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while the control group was treated with drugs.Pain score,dysfunction score,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score,dysfunction score and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar leg pain is significant,with low incidence of adverse reactions.
