针刺肌筋膜触发点及经络穴位配合手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Acupuncture Myofascial Trigger Points、Meridians and Acupoints Combined with Manipulative Massage for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察针刺肌筋膜触发点及经络穴位配合手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取本院收治的94例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和联合组。对照组采用单纯西医保守治疗,联合组采用西医保守治疗联合针刺肌筋膜触发点、经络穴位配合手法推拿。比较两组患者治疗前后主症、次症中医证候积分和总积分、临床疗效。结果联合组主症、次症、中医证候积分均显著低于对照组,且联合组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者在常规西医保守治疗的基础上给予针刺肌筋膜触发点、经络穴位配合手法推拿能够显著改善症状,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and massage on the trigger points of myofascial and meridian acupoints in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 94 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected and divided into the control group and the combined group.The former was given the conservative treatment of Western medicine,while the latter was given the conservative treatment of the western medicine combined with the trigger points of the acupuncture muscle fascia,the meridian acupoints and the manipulation of the massage.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and total scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were compared.Results The main and second TCM syndrome scores of the combined group were much lower than those of the reference group,and the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conservative treatment of conventional Western medicine,the acupuncture point of the muscle fascia and the meridian acupoint combined with manipulation can significantly reduce the symptoms and improve the curative effect.
