阿托伐他汀钙片在冠心病合并高脂血症患者调脂中的应用效果

The Efficacy of Using Atto Vastatin Calcium Tablets in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的观察冠心病合并高脂血症调脂中使用阿托伐他汀钙片的有效率。方法选取本院收治的120例冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例,在对症治疗基础上分别采用血脂康片和阿托伐他汀钙片。比较两组血脂水平变化和安全性。结果治疗3个月后比较,研究组HDL-C低于对照组,其TC、TG、LDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并高脂血症调脂中使用阿托伐他汀钙片可有效调节血脂水平,且安全可行。结论冠心病合并高脂血症调脂中使用阿托伐他汀钙片可有效调节血脂水平,且安全可行,值得临床采纳和全面普及。

Objective To observe the effective rate of using Atto vastatin calcium tablets in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,each with 60 cases.On the basis of symptomatic treatment,Xuezhikang tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets were used respectively.The changes and safety of blood lipid levels in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment for 3 months,the HDL-C of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the TC,TG and LDL-C of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets can effectively regulate blood lipid level in coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia and lipid regulation,and is safe and feasible.Conclusion The application of Atto vastatin calcium tablets in coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia and lipid regulation can effectively regulate the level of blood lipids and is safe and feasible.It is worthy of clinical adoption and comprehensive popularization.
