甲氨蝶呤联合亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液治疗类风湿关节炎效果观察

Effect of Methotrexate Combined with Methylene Diphosphate Injection in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察甲氨蝶呤联合亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液治疗类风湿关节炎的效果。方法选取本院风湿科收治的90例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组采用甲氨蝶呤联合亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、各项因子水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(71.11%,P<0.05);观察组治疗后晨僵时间、关节压痛、关节肿胀、握力等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、ESR、IL-4、IL-10等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,有效改善各项临床症状,降低炎症水平,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of methotrexate combined with methyl-diphosphate injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Ninety patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into,control group methotrexate therapy and observation group methotrexate combined methylene bisphosphonate injection treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,symptoms improve ment,and factor levels were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 71.11% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the morning stiffness,joint tenderness,joint swelling and grip strength were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,ESR,IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined methylene bisphosphonate injection treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(ra)effect is remarkable,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,lower levels of inflammation,and improve the body’s immune function.
