硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高症的疗效

Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Nifedipine in Treatment of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的探析硫酸镁及硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高症的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的100例妊高症患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和常规组。常规组采用硫酸镁进行治疗,实验组在常规组治疗的基础上添加硝苯地平进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及临床症状改善情况。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率98.00%,显著优于常规组(88.00%,P<0.05);实验组患者的各项指标均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高症的临床疗效突出,能够更好的改善患者的临床症状,优化患者机体状态,提高预后效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Magnesium Sulfate and Magnesium Sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension treated in our hospital were selected as the patients in this study.100 cases were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while the experimental group was given nifedipine on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(98%)was significantly better than that of the control group(88%),with significant difference in data and statistical significance(P<0.05).All the indexes of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant difference in data and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension is outstanding.It can better improve the clinical symptoms,optimize the state of the patients and improve the effect of prognosis.
