瑞舒伐他汀联合盐酸二甲双胍对糖尿病合并高血脂症的治疗作用研究

Effect of Rosuvastatin Combined with Metformin Hydrochloride on Diabetic Patients with Hyperlipidemia

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合盐酸二甲双胍对糖尿病合并高血脂症的治疗作用。方法选取本院收治的90例糖尿病合并高血脂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组则给予盐酸二甲双胍联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组糖尿病合并高血脂症治疗效果;血脂达标时间、血糖达标时间;治疗前后患者FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c、BMI。结果观察组糖尿病合并高血脂症治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血脂达标时间、血糖达标时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c、BMI等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c、BMI等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸二甲双胍联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高血脂症的应用效果确切,可有效降低血糖水平和控制体重,安全有效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of rosuvastatin combined with metformin hydrochloride on diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods According to random number table,90 patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia were divided into different groups.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride,while the observation group was given metformin hydrochloride combined with rosuvastatin treatment.The treatment effect of two groups of diabetes with hyperlipidemia was compared,the time of blood lipid standard,the time of blood glucose standard,FBG,2 h PBG,Hb A1 c,BMI before and after treatment.Results The effect of diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time of blood lipid standard and blood glucose standard in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05);the two groups before the treatment were FBG,2 h PBG,Hb A1 c,BMI,and(P>0.05),and FBG,2 h PBG,Hb A1 c and BMI were superior to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The adverse drug reaction rate in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride combined with rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of diabetes with hyperlipidemia,which can effectively reduce blood sugar level and control weight.It is safe and effective.
