液相芯片技术在检验医学和生物医学中的应用

摘要 液相芯片技术作为新型科学技术在生物医学及检测医学领域应用较为广泛,基于该技术的检验探针载体为微球,该微球具有百种荧光编码,悬浮液态体系中存在大量生物分子,液相芯片技术在活跃分子加持下,可实现核酸、蛋白质及其他大分子物质有效检测目标。相较于传统芯片检测技术,该技术应用优势在于具有良好的重复性、稳定的信息数据、精准的检测结果,加之检测范围广、通量、灵敏度、准确度均较高且易于操作,在当今检测医学及生物医学中具有极为广泛的应用。本文通过对液相芯片技术在检验医学与生物医学中的应用进行分析,为推动我国临床诊断领域良性发展,提供行之有效的理论参考依据。 Liquid-phase chip technology is widely used in biomedicine and detection medicine as a new type of science and technology.Based on this technology,the tested probe carrier is microspheres.The microspheres have hundreds of fluorescent codes,and there are a large number of biological molecules in the suspension liquid system.Liquid crystal chip technology can achieve the effective detection of nucleic acids,proteins and other macromolecules under the support of active molecules.Compared with traditional chip detection technology,this technology has the advantages of good repeatability,stable information data,and accurate detection results.Combined with a wide range of detection,high flux,sensitivity and accuracy,and easy operation,it has extremely wide applications in today’s detection medicine and biomedicine.This article analyzes the application of liquid chip technology in laboratory medicine and biomedicine in order to provide an effective theoretical reference for promoting the sound development of clinical diagnosis in China.
