多维度康复模式对社区精神分裂症患者的干预疗效

Effect of Multidimensional Rehabilitation Model on Community Schizophrenic Patients

目的分析对于社区精神分裂症的患者采取多维度康复模式所取得的效果,进一步探讨分析研究对我国精神分裂症患者使用的康复模式。方法选取本院收治的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规社区康复的恢复模式,观察组采用多维度康复的模式。持续护理干预两年后,采用PANSS阳性与阴性症状量表、FIS家庭负担会谈量表以及SDSS社会功能缺陷筛选量表等对患者采取护理后所取得的效果进行评定。结果两组患者均完成康复护理,经过心理评估以及随访。两组的PANSS、FIS以及SDSS与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的PANSS、FIS以及SDSS评分干预后显著低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采用多维度康复模式具有满意的康复效果,能够改善患者的精神症状,减轻家庭负担,提高生活质量,减少住院时间,并在一定程度上恢复提高患者的社会功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of multidimensional rehabilitation on patients with schizophrenia in the community,and to further explore the rehabilitation model for schizophrenic patients in China.MethodsEighty schizophrenic patients admitled to the community health service center were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.40 cases each.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation mode,while the observation group was given multi-dimensional rehabilitation mode.AU patients were given 2 years of nursing intervention.The results were evaluated by PANSS positive and negative symptom scale,FIS scale and SDSS scale.Results Two groups of patients all completed rehabilitation nursing,after psychological assessment and follow-up.There was no significant difference between the two groups of PANSS,FIS and SDSS before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of PANSS,FIS and SDSS in the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the intervention effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidimensional rehabilitation model for schizophrenic patients has satisfactory rehabilitation effect,which can improve the mental symptoms of the patients,reduce the family burden,improve the quality of life,reduce the time of hospitalization and improve the social function of the patients to a certain extent.
