摘要
目的分析品管圈用于降低患者术中低体温发生率的效果。方法选取本院收治的50例实施全麻手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。观察组实施品管圈护理,对照组实施常规护理。观察分析两组术中低体温发生率、护理操作评分及专业技能评分。结果观察组实施全麻手术患者护理后的术中低体温发生率为8.00%,显著低于对照组(36.00%,P<0.05)。观察组实施全麻手术患者护理后的护理操作评分(98.11±1.45)分、专业技能评分(85.02±2.45)分,均显著优于对照组(71.27±1.11,70.28±1.04,P<0.05)。结论品管圈护理可有效降低实施全麻手术患者术中低体温发生率,提高患者对护理操作评分以及专业技能评分。
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of hypothermia during operation.Methods Fifty patients who underwent general anesthesia randomly divided into two groups.The observation group carried out quality control circle nursing,while the control group carried out routine nursing.The incidence of hypothermia,nursing operation score and professional skill score were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group after general anesthesia was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing operation score(98.11±1.45)and professional skill score(85.02±2.45)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(71.27±1.11,70.28±1.04,P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia in patients undergoing general anesthesia operation,and improve the score of nursing operation and professional skills.
