手术室护理中舒适护理的应用与实践

Application and Practice of Comfortable Nursing in Operation Room Nursing

目的研究分析手术室护理中舒适护理的应用与实践。方法选取本院收治的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组进行常规手术室护理,观察组进行手术室舒适护理,比较临床应用效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度的优良率86.6%,显著高于对照组(56.6%,P<0.05)。两组患者心率、血压变化情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行手术的患者采用手术室舒适护理,有利于手术顺利进行,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the application and practice of comfortable nursing in operation room nursing.Methods Sixty patients who were operated in our hospital selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group was treated with routine operation room nursing,and the observation group was given the comfort nursing of the operation room.The clinical application effect was analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of the nursing satisfaction in observation group was 86.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.6%,P<0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were significantly changed before operation,and the number of cases was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing care in the operation room for the patients undergoing surgery is beneficial to the smooth operation of the operation and the improvement of the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing work.
