心理护理干预在整形患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Plastic Patients

目的探究心理护理干预在整形患者中的应用效果及其价值。方法选取本院接受整形手术的100例患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(心理护理干预),各50例。比较分析两组整形手术患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁自评量表以及护理满意度评分。结果两组患者术前心理状态比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者的心理状态均有所改善,观察组心理评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够减少整形患者内心的恐惧,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,提高整形效果。

Objective To analyzed the effect and value of psychological nursing intervention in plastic surgery patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who received plastic surgery divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(psychological nursing intervention)according to the time of admission.The selfrating scale of anxiety and depression and the score of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in psychological state between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After nursing,the psychological state of the two groups improved,and the psychological score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the plastic patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with plastic surgery,psychological nursing can reduce their fear,relieve their anxiety and depression,and improve their plastic effect.
