鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效

Effect of Endoscopic Surgery on Chronic Nasosinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效。方法选取本院收治的90例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,据术式分为两组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行鼻内窥镜手术治疗。比较两组慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉切除效果,手术实施时间、失血总量、术后恢复时间,手术前后患者症状积分、生活质量积分,以及并发症情况。结果观察组慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉切除效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术实施时间、失血总量、术后恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);手术后观察组症状积分、生活质量积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉可有效减少书中出血,减轻创伤,减少并发症,加速患者康复和改善生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Ninty patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional operation,and the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic operation. The resection effect,operation time,total blood loss,postoperative recovery time,symptom score,life quality score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The resection effect of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The operation time,total blood loss and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the symptom score and quality of life score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complications in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can effectively reduce bleeding,reduce trauma,reduce complications,accelerate the recovery of patients and improve their quality of life.
