鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis

目的分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的90例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予传统药物保守治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者治愈16例,好转23例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为86.6%;观察组患者治愈22例,好转21例,2例无效,治疗总有效率为95.5%,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效优于传统药物保守治疗。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods Ninety patients with chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine. The patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the control group,16 cases were cured,23 cases improved,6 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 86.6%.The patients in the observation group were cured in 22 cases,21 cases improved,2 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 95.5%. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis is better than that of conventional medicine.
