超声引导下的穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块诊断中的价值

摘要 目的研究超声引导下的穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块中的诊断价值。方法选取本院经超声发现乳腺肿块并实施超声引导下穿刺活检的24例患者,将超声引导下穿刺活检的诊断结果与超声诊断结果进行比较,分析两种诊断方式的差别并评估其临床应用价值。结果超声引导下穿刺活检对患者的乳腺小肿块诊断的灵敏度为94.38%,特异度为97.69%,准确度为96.18%,超声诊断的灵敏度为86.17%,特异度为83.12%,准确度为86.39%较高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者的乳腺小肿块进行诊断时,采用超声引导下穿刺活检诊断准确率高于超声诊断。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in breast tumor. MethodsTwenty-four patients who underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy under ultrasound guidance in our hospital selected.The diagnosis results of ultrasound-guided biopsy were compared with the results of ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences between the two diagnostic methods were analyzed to assess its clinical application value. ResultsThe sensitivity of ultrasound guided biopsy was 94.38%,the specificity was 97.69%,the accuracy was 96.18%,the sensitivity of ultrasound guided biopsy was 86.17%,the specificity was 83.12%,the accuracy was 86.39%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasound-guided biopsy is higher than that of ultrasound in the diagnosis of small breast masses.
