中医综合疗法对小儿单症状性夜尿症的临床疗效

Effect of Comprehensive Chinese Medicine Therapy in Treatment of Children with Monosymptomatic Nocturnal Urination

目的探讨综合疗法治疗小儿单症状性夜尿症的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的90例小儿单症状性夜尿症患儿,按治疗方法分为两组。对照组采用中药黄芪颗粒加鹿角霜治疗,观察组采用综合治疗,包括小儿涩遗汤+黄芪颗粒加鹿角霜治疗。比较两组临床疗效,遗尿次数减少1/2时间、完全治愈时间,治疗前后患儿每周遗尿的平均次数,治疗前后患儿精神状态分值、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分,以及复发率。结果观察组患儿临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遗尿次数减少1/2时间、完全治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组每周遗尿的平均次数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组精神状态分值、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合方法包括小儿涩遗汤+黄芪颗粒加鹿角霜治疗小儿单症状性夜尿症的应用效果确切,可有效改善症状,减少遗尿次数,改善患儿睡眠质量和生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy for the treatment of monosymptomatic nocturnal urination in children. Methods A total of 90 children with monosymptomatic nocturnal urination were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huangqi Granule and Seyi Decoction,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive therapy,including Huangqi Granule,Seyi Decoction and Cervus nippon Temminck.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,reduction of enuresis by 1/2 time,complete cure time,average number of enuresis per week before and after treatment,mental state score before and after treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Score,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of enuresis in the observation group decreased by 1/2 time,and the complete cure time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the average number of weekly enuresis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the mental state score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive method including Huangqi Granule,Seyi Decoction and Cervus nippon Temminck is effective in the treatment of monosymptomatic nocturnal urination in children.
