养阴活血方加减治疗急性缺血性中风的临床效果

Effect of Modified Yangyin Huoxue Formula on Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的观察养阴活血方加减治疗急性缺血性中风患者的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的45例急性缺血性中风患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。观察两组急性缺血性中风患者的治疗效果、中医症候积分及不良反应发生等情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养阴活血方加减对于急性缺血性中风具有较好的临床效果,还可以改善患者的中医症候积分,降低恶心呕吐、浑身乏力、失眠等不良反应发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Yangyin Huoxue Formula in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 45 patients with acute ischemic apoplexy in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group.The therapeutic effects,Chinese medicine(CM)symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CM symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionThe modified Yangyin Huoxue Formula has good clinical effect on acute ischemic stroke. It can also improve the CM syndrome score,and reduce the adverse reactions such as nausea.
