左卡尼汀配合透析治疗尿毒症的疗效

Effect of L-Carnitine Combined with Dialysis on Uremic Patients

目的观察左卡尼汀配合透析治疗尿毒症患者的疗效。方法选取本院收治的84例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组进行血液透析治疗,观察组在此基础上联用左卡尼汀,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组各项血清营养学指标水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项贫血指标水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀配合透析治疗尿毒症,安全高效,能够有效改善患者贫血、营养不良症状。

Objective To observe the efficacy of L-carnitine combined with dialysis in the treatment of uremic patients. Methods Eighty-four patients with uremia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each with 42 cases;the control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was combined with Levocarnitine on the basis of this,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the level of serum nutrition indexes of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of anemia in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion L-carnitine combined with dialysis is safe and effective in the treatment of uremia. It can effectively improve anemia and malnutrition symptoms.
