地佐辛预防性镇痛在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用

Application of Dezocine Preventive Analgesia in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨地佐辛预防性镇痛在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用。方法选取本院妇科行腹腔镜手术的96例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。均采用全身麻醉,对照组在缝皮前30 min不使用任何镇痛药物,观察组在在缝皮前30 min使用地佐辛0.1 mg/kg,比较两组患者的术后各时间点VAS疼痛评分、舒适度评分(BCS)及Ramsay镇静评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后30 min、1、4、8、12、24 h的VAS评分明显降低,而BCS评分明显升高(P<0.05);观察组术后15 min、30 min、1 h的Ramsay镇静评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛预防性镇痛在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著,能有效降低术后疼痛程度,提升躯体舒适度,加快术后恢复速度。

Objective To explore the application of dezocine preventive analgesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Totally 96 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in gynecology department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,all of whom were treated with general anesthesia.the control group did not use any analgesic drugs 30 min before skin sewing,and the observation group used dezocine 0.1 mg/kg 30 min before skin sewing. vas pain score,comfort score(BCS)and Ramsay sedation score of the two groups were compared at different time points after surgery. Results Vas scores and BCS scores of observation group at 30 min、1、4、8、12 and 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those of control group,while BCS scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).Ramsay sedation scores of observation group at 15 min,30 min and 1 h after operation were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of dizocin on preventive analgesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation is significant,which can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve the comfort of body and accelerate the recovery rate after operation.
