C反应蛋白联合血常规检验在儿科疾病诊断中的应用

Application of C-Reactive Protein Combined with Blood Routine Examination in Diagnosis of Pediatric Diseases

目的探讨C反应蛋白联合血常规检验在儿科疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法选取本院儿科收治的140例细菌性感染性疾病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用血常规检查,观察组给予C反应蛋白联合血常规检验。比较两组患者感染检出率、特异性及敏感性、感染性疾病总检出率。结果观察组感染检出率、特异性及敏感性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺炎、支气管炎、肠炎、脑膜炎、尿路感染等疾病检出率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白联合血常规检验在儿科疾病诊断中的应用效果显著,能有效提升细菌性感染性疾病的诊出率,提升诊断的准确性,是一种应用价值较高的检查手段。

Objective To explore the application effect of C-reactive protein(CRP)combined with blood routine examination in pediatric disease diagnosis. Methods A total of 140 children with bacterial infectious diseases were randomly divided into two groups.Blood routine test was used in the control group and C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test in the observation group.The detection rate,specificity and sensitivity of infection and the total detection rate of infectious diseases were compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate,specificity and sensitivity were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of pneumonia,bronchitis,enteritis,meningitis and urinary tract infection was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CRP combined with routine blood test in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases is significant,which can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of bacterial infectious diseases and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.It is a method of higher application value.
