摘要 目的探究原发性蛛网膜下腔出血的影像学诊断。方法选取本院收治的90例疑似蛛网膜下腔出血的患者作为研究对象,对以上患者进行多层螺旋CT检查以及数字减影血管造影,记录比较患者的检查情况进行。结果多层螺旋CT检测原发性蛛网膜下腔出血与数字减影血管造影术比较灵敏度、准确性以及特异性都显著更高(P<0.05)。结论与减影血管造影术比较,应用多层螺旋CT对原发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者进行检测,能够进一步提高检出率。 Objective To explore the imaging diagnosis of primary subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods A total of 90 patients with suspected subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects.Multi-slice spiral CT and digital subtraction angiography were performed on these patients,and the results were recorded and compared. Results The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in detecting primary subarachnoid hemorrhage were significantly higher than those of digital subtraction angiography(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with subtraction angiography,the detection rate can be further improved by using multi-slice spiral CT in patients with primary subarachnoid hemorrhage.
