舒适护理在口腔微创拔牙术中的应用

Effect of Comfort Nursing in Oral Minimally Invasive Extraction

目的探讨舒适护理在口腔微创拔牙术护理中的作用。方法选取本院收治的88例口腔微创拔牙术患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统护理方案,舒适组在对照组基础上采用舒适护理。比较两组口腔微创拔牙术护理满意度,拔牙过程VAS评分、SAS评分、心率,及并发症发生率。结果舒适组口腔微创拔牙术护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);舒适组拔牙过程VAS评分、SAS评分、心率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);舒适组并发症显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在口腔微创拔牙术护理质量中的作用确切,可减轻患者拔牙过程疼痛程度,减轻生理应激,减少并发症,减轻不良情绪,提高满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing on the quality of oral minimally invasive dental extraction. Methods A total of 88 cases of oral minimally invasive dental extraction were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table.The traditional nursing program was used in the control group and comfort nursing was used in the comfort group on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,VAS score,SAS score,heart rate and complication rate during tooth extraction were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of the comfort group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,SAS score and heart rate of comfort group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The complications in comfort group were less than those in control group(P<0.05). ConclusionComfortable nursing plays an important role in the quality of oral minimally invasive dental extraction,which can relieve the pain,reduce the physiological stress,complication,and bad mood and improve the satisfaction.
