摘要
目的研究结合PICOT原则的临床路径教学在临床医学专业学位研究生妇产科规范化培训中的效果。方法选取本院妇产科研究生50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用常规教学方法带教,研究组采用PICOT原则的临床路径教学方法带教。比较两组研究生的考核后情况及对带教的满意度。结果研究组考核后各项成绩均显著优于对照组,研究组对带教的满意度92%,显著高于对照组(72%,P<0.05)。结论通过对妇产科临床医学专业学位研究生实施PICOT原则的临床路径教学,能够有效改善学生的临床考核成绩,提高对带教的满意程度,使医学生也可以在短时间内学习较多妇产科病症的诊治技巧,值得临床进一步研究。
Objective To study the effect of clinical pathway teaching combined with PICOT principle in the standardized training of gynecology and obstetrics for Postgraduates of clinical medicine. Methods Fifty cases of obstetrics and gynecology graduate students in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,25 cases in each group.The control group was taught by the conventional teaching method,while the study group adopted the PICOT principle of clinical pathway teaching method.The two groups of postgraduate students were compared after the examination and their satisfaction with teaching. Results The results of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group.The degree of satisfaction of the study group was 92%,significantly higher than that of the control group(72%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching of the graduate students of clinical medicine in gynecology and obstetrics can effectively improve the students’ clinical evaluation and improve the satisfaction of the period of teaching,so that the medical students can learn more and more obstetrics and gynecological diseases in a short time. It is worthy of further clinical study.
