同伴情景式健康教育在老年糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨和分析同伴情景式健康教育用于老年糖尿病患者自我管理中的价值。方法选取本院收治的467例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。比较两组患者接受健康教育后自我管理技能的掌握程度,以及患者对护理的满意度。结果两组患者健康教育前,自我管理技能评分各模块比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康教育后,各模块评分两组患者均有明显提升,且观察组患者的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对老年糖尿病患者采取健康教育的过程中,使用同伴情境式健康教育模式,能够显著提升患者参与的积极性,改善患者的自我管理技能,提高对护理的满意度。 Objective To explore and analyze the value of peer situational health education in self-management of elderly diabetic patients. Methods A total of 467 patients with diabetes in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The degree of self-management skills after health education and the satisfaction of the patients to nursing were compared between groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before health education(P>0.05). After health education,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);meanwhile,the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of health education for the elderly patients with diabetes,the use of peer sitnational health education model can significantly improve the enthusiasm of the patients,improve the patient’s self management skills and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
