骨折椎上应用垂直应力螺钉加强胸腰椎骨折后路内固定的方法及效果

摘要 目的研究骨折椎上应用垂直应力螺钉以加强胸腰椎骨折后路内固定的方法及临床效果。方法选取本院收治的57例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组28例(采用传统双平面固定)和观察组29例(采用垂直应力螺钉后路内固定),比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为93.10%,显著高于对照组(75.00%,P <0.05);观察组患者的骨折椎复位程度显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者实施骨折椎上垂直应力螺钉后路内固定方法能够有效增加治疗的有效率,保持骨折部位的复位效果,防止患者发生胸腰椎畸形。 Objective To study the method and effect of vertical fixation screws for strengthening posterior internal fixation of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Fifty-seven patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(28 cases,using traditional biplane fixation)and the observation group(29 cases,using vertical stress screw post fixation).The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75%,P<0.05),and the degree of fracture reduction of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of posterior intervertebral vertical stress screw fixation for fracture of thoracolumbar fracture can effectively increase the efficiency of the treatment,keep the reduction effect of the fracture site and prevent the occurrence of the deformity of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae.
