半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Vertigo by Banxia Baizhi Tianma Decoction

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的92例眩晕患者作为研究的对象,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组患者采取常规西医方法治疗,观察组患者采取半夏白术天麻汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组(76.09%,P <0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕疗效优于常规西医治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on vertigo. Methods A total of 92 patients with vertigo were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly,46 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.Treatment effect was compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.09%,P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on vertigo is better than that of conventional Western medicine.
